Berry Whisper
Ingredients:
- Ifratelli Frambocello 5 cl
- Lemon juice 2 cl
- Lime juice 2 cl
- Aqua faba/chickpea juice 2cl
- Sugar water (simple syrup) 1.5 cl
Instructions:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with all the ingredients
- Close the shaker and shake vigorously without ice to create a nice foam layer.
- Then add ice cubes and shake again to chill the cocktail well.
- Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
- Garnish with a raspberry if desired
