Mandarine Sunset

Ingredients:

• Ifratelli Mancello 2 cl
• Campari 3 cl
• Gin (preferably beefeater but doesn't matter) 3cl
• Suze 1.5 cl

Instructions:

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all the ingredients.
2. Stir for about 20 seconds until well chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
4. Garnish with an orange peel if desired.
