Pomcello Spritz

Ingredients:

  • Ifratelli Pomcello 6 cl
  • Prosecco 9 cl
  • Topping off sparkling water

Instructions:

  1. Start with a glass
  2. Fill this with ice
  3. Add 6 cl Pomcello
  4. Then add 9 cl Cava
  5. Then top up with sparkling water and stir briefly
  6. To finish, you can garnish it with a fresh grapefruit and a sprig of rosemary
